Bangkok, 25 June, 2020 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is pleased to inform all tourists that the Arts of the Kingdom Museum will reopen to visitors from 16 July, 2020, onwards.
The Museum is currently closed to support the nationwide effort to contain the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID–19).
During the current temporary closure period, tourists and art aficionados are invited to admire the amazing artistry of Thai craftsmanship via the Museum’s social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram and YouTube: artsofthekingdom and Twitter: AOK_Museum.
From 16 July, the Arts of the Kingdom will be open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10.00-15.30 Hrs., with tickets available for purchase from 09.45-15.00 Hrs.
Foreign visitors who purchase the 500 Baht entrance ticket to the Grand Palace in Bangkok will be entitled entry to the Arts of the Kingdom Museum. Otherwise, the ticket can be purchased directly at the Museum at 150 Baht per person.
As Thailand is continuing its unprecedented effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infections, all visitors to the Museum are requested to wear protective face masks and observe social distancing rules for the safety and health for all.
