Bangkok, 31 January, 2018 – Held on Sunday 28 January, 2018 the ‘Krungsri Ayutthaya Kizuna Ekiden 2018’ relay race built on the success of last year’s inaugural event (link), with all involved enjoying an exciting and fun occasion in the beautiful scenery of Ayutthaya.
The event was presided over by H.E. Mr. Weerasak Kowsurat, Thailand’s Minster of Tourism and Sports.

Long popular in Japan, the Ekiden is a type of long distance relay race and now with two editions of the ‘Ayutthaya Kizuna Ekiden’ race being held in Thailand, is well on its way to becoming a popular event in the kingdom.
