Bangkok, 30 April, 2021 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Head Office and Domestic Offices will allow its staff to work from home, from 1-14 May, 2021.
Meanwhile, the TAT domestic offices are authorised to consider allowing its staff to work from home in line with the evolving situation in their respective locations.
All TAT staff are to avoid interprovincial travel, unless utmost urgent and necessary.
During work from home, TAT staff have been instructed to adhere to the policy of the Thai tourism industry to provide and maintain quality services.
At the same time, they are advised to strictly follow the DMHTT precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19: D – Distancing, M – Mask wearing, H – Handwashing, T – Temperature check, and T – Thai Chana contact tracing application.
TAT apologises for any inconvenience should international and domestic tourists be unable to contact our offices during this time of difficulty. TAT remains contactable for tourism information 24/7 at the TAT Contact Centre 1672.
