One of the spots that perhaps not known to many is the Ngao Waterfall National Park located at Ranong, Thailand.
I have been to Thailand several times, and I was able to experience almost everything the place has to offer. Starting from the well-known street food, the majestic temples, and the pristine beaches, all of these were just amazing. Not to mention, the warm and hospitable Thai people.
One of the spots that perhaps not known to many is the Ngao Waterfall National Park located at Ranong, Thailand. If you don’t know, the country holds a lot of parks, far way more than the other neighboring country has. But heading to this specific park is indeed one of the best experience I ever had as a traveler.
This is perhaps one of best off the beaten path destination in Ranong, Thailand. The first attraction and a major one that will undoubtedly catch your attention is the magnificent Ngao Waterfall which can be seen clearly from the main highway. It is 500-meter cascading water hitting the massive rocky cliffs. The view it offers is perfect so much so that a lot of tourists and photographers alike would like to take a sight. Just the view itself is enough to make you feel calm and peaceful. I visited the place last wet season, and the waterfalls were roaring.
You may also opt to try out the available hot springs in the area. Imagine yourself taking a bath in a hot spring during holiday vacation? Yes, the idea itself is already exciting and relaxing at the same time.
If you’re more of an adventurous type, then heading to a hiking activity is also possible. You have to bring your gears and materials, and you are good to go. But if you are more of the sightseeing type of tourist and someone who appreciates the creation from a distance, taking a walk in the park while admiring different animals and birds also sounds ideal.
To make this even more appealing, there is also an available garden filled with different flowers.
All in all, if I were to sum up my adventure, I could honestly say that this has been one of the most exciting trips I ever had in a park. The complete package it offers paired with a serene environment can give anyone the solace that they are searching for.
